So every project starts from zero, the same research gets paid for again and again, and crews break ground without knowing for certain what's below.

Built by people who lived the problem

CivilGrid was founded by engineers and utility professionals with more than a decade inside the industry. Again and again, we watched highly skilled teams lose weeks on every project to the same bottleneck: finding, requesting, and interpreting the records they needed just to begin.

So we built a better way, one that lets every project start from a stronger foundation.
